As a recent recipient of a UX Design certificate from Google, I am excited to for new opportunities in the UX Design market. With a diverse background encompassing management, technology implementation, and graphic design, I am confident that my unique skill set and passion for user experience will make me a valuable asset to a dynamic team.
My journey in the professional world began at a young age in the vibrant restaurant and bar industry of Chicago. Through dedication and hard work, I quickly progressed from bussing tables to becoming a proactive barback, ensuring seamless operations for the bartenders. Later, I transitioned to the real estate sector, where I managed a substantial portfolio of properties, overseeing teams, residents, and implementing innovative technological solutions that enhanced efficiency and organization.
In pursuit of new adventures, I ventured to Alaska, where I co-founded and managed Bayview Pub. My role as front-of-the-house General Manager honed my expertise in personnel management, graphic design, and technology, leading to the successful expansion of our business. After selling that business, I embraced the challenge of General Manager at Plum Property Management in Montana, spearheading personnel management, client relations, and IT oversight.
When the pandemic impacted the job market in 2020, I seized the opportunity to pursue my long-standing passion for web design and founded Wolfpack Designs. Over the last three years, I have delighted in collaborating with diverse clients, crafting websites for various industries and honing my expertise in UX design principles.
My commitment to expanding my knowledge and expertise led me to embark on formal education in UX Design, culminating in my certification from Google. Now, I am eager to leverage my innate understanding, creative vision, and acquired skills to contribute to a dynamic UX Design team.
Throughout my journey, I have cultivated essential business skills, including adaptability, collaboration, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving. These skills, combined with my proficiency in Agile Methodology, Information architecture, Prototyping, User Research, and UI/UX Design, position me as an ideal candidate for both leadership and team-oriented roles.

Though I had been designing and building websites for friends and family in an unofficial capacity for many years prior, I founded this company in earnest at the start of the pandemic. The sole employee and designer for the company, I collaborated with various clients in many different industries to build and design custom websites from the ground up for their businesses. I greatly enjoyed the collaborative process with my clients and with my strong customer service skills, my clients also found the process to be positive and rewarding.
2020 - Present
General Manager
Missoula, MT
I was tasked with oversight of most aspects of operations, including staff management (HR, hiring/disciplinary, payroll) and tenant and owner relations.I also lead projects to improve office efficiency through improvements using technology. I was in charge of IT, including website management and all in-office networking and troubleshooting. I oversaw the onboarding of new clients and their properties. I also helped ownership draft an official staff handbook for the first time since the company’s inception in 2009. I was laid off due to major staffing cutbacks at the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Co-Owner / General Manager

Owned and operated by my two brothers and me. Front of House General Manager; managed all inventory, hiring/training/disciplinary, scheduling, payroll. All advertisements and graphic design for menus and events. Setup all tech infrastructure including networking and POS systems. Sold the business during the fourth quarter of 2015.

Completed rigorous training designed for entry-level job readiness. Over a seven course curriculum, topics included UX research fundamentals, inclusive design, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
